Thanks, Justin. I also live on the edge of Salt River - still within Obs boundaries - and very rarely see Vetus Schola vehicles in our area. (I have the same ongoing problem with the street sweepers who are part of OBSID.) Seems that because we're on the fringe we're written off as out of bounds. However, we too pay our monthly fee.
