Good luck to you.Hopefully the landlord empathises & gets his lodgers to shut up....I've been struggling with the same issue problem since January 2009 TO NO AVAIL....I have emails/letters/phone calls as proof but if you live next to social retards , there seems to be nothing the law can do to help......
