In regards to your suggestions; OBSID are in regular talks with the Estate agents and we have quarterly meetings with them through our Communications committee. We have provided them with information pamphlets etc to distribute. We try our best to distribute safety information as wide as possible - and use our Twitter <https://twitter.com/#%21/OBSID_Obs> and Facebook<http://www.facebook.com/Observatory.Improvement.District> to reach those who do not regular the Google groups. We have a relationship with the City who sends out press releases on our behalf - with information such as this in case the perp is spotted in neighbouring suburbs. Recently we had a notice board affixed to our office wall where we also relay info so this will assist in getting the message across to those who do not use the internet. To note: the photos of perpetrators are also available to view at the Vetus Schola security office.
