Hi Mallix Thanks, great Observation and Notification, you will make a good team patroller for the ONW. ONW applies that every time we step outside our respective doors, we consider it as a patrol and then, observe as much we can, report as much we can, and then monitor the situation of concern. However, the boys don't look familiar. All such incidents should be immediately notified to the Vetus Schola, 021 447 1066, for their quick investigation, recording of their names, and removal from Observatory. SAPS could also be called 082 302 5525. These fellers, I suspect, could be some of those quick smash and grab guys that are never caught in the act. Regards James
