re. night prowler -- about 10 days ago someone jumped on my roof and clattered across. next day the gutter along the front of the house was lying broken in my garden, along with the brackets that had been torn out of the fascia boards. i surmised the prowler had slid down the roof and tried to stop himself using the gutter. my neighbour in the other half of our semi- was able to fix the gutters back in place. i didn't think to report this as nothing had been stolen, though the suspect was def running away from something.
