Just yesterday at approx 9.30 am, at the rear of the house situated on Lytton Road abutting to my property, an assailant climbed over my yard wall, where I have had three time losses already over the past three months, stole the copper pipe off a rear toilet at that property, left a red jacket over the broken pip and left barrelling open our yard door, and left. My neighbours dogs barked and mine in unison, he went and looked, I was dealing with the issue of cook street on the phone. When he saw a guy though the fence separating our properties, busy pulling out bits of grass and asked him, what he is doing there, he was tld he is cleaning up the area for me/us. My neighbour left him alone. The perp then broken the neighbours pipes off and left. He apparently was a black man, stout, stubble hair, wore an orange type pants, further details now vague. When I looked outside why my dogs had barked, they were resting in the sun, and indicated no direction of a problem, and I left it at that. My neighbour soon arrived to ask why did my guy break his pipes, the rest is history. James
