Hi all I have noticed that many of the Hi School children have different car badges hanging on their back packs like it is a fashion.
These children might also be involve if you think about it, you can just walk pass and clip these badges off. But that doesn't mean you have no right to report the incident to SAPS. Im not sure under which category the case might fall. Malicious damage to property or theft it is for the SAPS members to decide. Please all residents let's work together even if you walk in observatory vicinity and you see anything that is contributing to crime without hesitation please phone VS / SAPS or ONW. Let's take hands in fighting this together.
