I was told last night that a lady parked in Trill Road on Wednesday night, and before she could even get out her car this guy came up to her and said :"If you don't pay me some money, I'l F* break your car". Nice way to start your evening. They were tourist! Last night I drove down Trill and yup there was a threatening looking car guard outside the old Post Office. He is not a familiar face.
