I believe that the cemetary is the propery of Groote Schuur Hospital, and feel they should take responsibilty of fixing the fencing and gate as well as cleaning it up

They had a small shack which was thrown down by themselves, they were apprehended and locked up for trespassing. Another strict warning was given to them by Const.BERRY as they were warned on several occasions by Law enforcement. Im reporting this to make residents out there aware that these Vagrants are known, but they all are Drug addicts. These known vagrants are being monitored as they constantly bring new faces in our area, and these new faces contribute towards crime in Observatory.
