As for the kiddies park, gate is to be locked at all times, non key holders are not permitted to enter, all mess must be cleaned up.

However I do get concerned when fairly young kids are allowed in accompanied only by their dog. It is afterall a dog park and there are the odd few altercations between the four-footed ones.
