Johnny Gevisser phoned me to say a small dog was locked in the dog park. I went to check. She is small tan and white, very friendly but DISTRAUGHT. A collar but no tag. It never entered my head to say dogs were not to be left unattended. Should anyone walk by and recognise the dog, please alert the owner. The poor little thing does not even have a bowl of water. Thanks.
