There are a number of moderators and if one feels that they do not wish to allow a comment it is left for the others to decide. Personally I have not blocked anything other than duplicate posts or outright spam. So if you message does not show up instantaneously it might be in the moderation queue. Secondly people have obviously been mailing the editor (refering to the article which is a good thing) as I received an email from her asking me to take down the article which I explained I felt was fair use and that I would leave it up for the moment. So take you opportunity to get it while you can as I may have to take it down when she replies to me that it can't be used under the doctrine of fair use.
