Hi All
A tall African male was caught on the roof of 23 Lower Collingwood.
He had spanners , screwdrivers , different car keys.
He was seen by Mr. Johan Bauraine fiddling by the cars bonnet.
This might be the same suspect that was described on previous occasions.
Stay vigilant and alert.
