Another fisherman was caught red handed yesterday in 35 Arnold by VS with two sticks when he stole clothes and a scanner already. He ran towards baker street and was caught by the foot patroller and the senior CD 19 case was A opened 354/11/2011 And the suspect was locked up for house breaking.
