VS caught 4x colored suspects with the help of Green Elephant @ Milton & Lytton. They were seen on camera as they tried to open a car. They had a 25 liter can full of petrol that they stole from another vehicle. Unfortunately the owners couldn't be reached as we attempt on several occasions. One of these suspects confirm that he wanted to steal the battery. Hopefully they will also be linked to other battery theft in Observatory.
