Hi Paula Sorry to hear about your bin, and yes report it at Woodstock SAPS so if the culprit is caught he will have to face the consequences. Please also bring it to the attention of the Council City of cape town with the case number to have your bin replaced. We have had residents in OBS borrowing their bins to the vagrants.
I hope your bin was properly marked for VS to identify it. Please let me know.
