Hi Yes, the name of the club/bar is Mezani on corner of Main and Bowden Roads, one of the top generators of Observatory's:
- disturbance of peace - while licensed conditions prohibits loud or live music and only light background music provided it does not cause a disturbance to neighbours; - exceeds trading, consuming or supplying of alcohol after 2 am, one of the eight highest collective exceeded trading hours; - very rowdy behaviour on the streets of patrons leaving the premises after their binge; - very much urinating outside by patrons and then enters the establishment again; - very much allows patrons to leave the premises with opened bottles of liquor in hand and consuming outside or discard them on their way home throughout Observatory; - allow/ed playing of pool against the stipulations of their liquor licence. - etc By virtue of the above matters it is no surprise the outcome of two arrests for drugs.
