Hi Frank I am not certain that you may be nominee of two interest groups i.e. the ONW and the Observatory Community Police Sub Forum. I however doubt whether the OCPSF has registered to the Sub-Council. I will Cc Mr Gregory Todd for a reply to your question. Regards James
