I said I would call the cops next time and asked his name - Martin, surname sounding like Bongolo.
He proceed to start a waffling beg, I closed the door. Maybe he's not as dumb as he's pretending to be, a sly opportunist. A few minutes later I notified a VS guard who was nearby who saw the incident from a distance, albeit didn't come over to inquire.
