He just now attempted to open my door again! - 9.45am

By the time I opened my door he was 20 metres away down the road, I yelled 
out at him asking what he's &^$%£ up to, he started striding back 
nonchalantly. I said I would call the cops next time and asked his name - 
Martin, surname sounding like Bongolo.  

He proceed to start a waffling beg, I closed the door.

Maybe he's not as dumb as he's pretending to be, a sly opportunist.

A few minutes later I notified a VS guard who was nearby who saw the 
incident from a distance, albeit didn't come over to inquire.
