I have just spent an excruciating 30mins on the banks of the Liesbeek - (Wild Fig side). Chatted to a homeless couple (reasonably dressed) - they want (?) to go back to the Eastern Cape but have no money. No, they don't want me to take them to the Haven nor Franklin Street - they just want EC. The couple is well spoken. Can Obsid assist with tickets = IF they are serious? Or what now?
