Dear Residents, Please be advised that a White Ford Bantam bakkie was spotted in our area removing the metal drains. As some of you aware we have had ongoing issues with this. The occupants were three coloured men.
Kindly keep your eyes open for such a vehicle hanging around your area - and contact OPS immediately on 021-447-1066 so that we can try and reprimand these guys.
