This eveing when I got home at about 7pm I noticed my security gate standing open. There was a stack of chairs like school chairs made of metal and wood that was missing.
Now I say possible theft as the chairs were not mine but belonged to the church across the road - I was just storing them - so they might have seen the gate open - yes I must have left it open as there was no forced entry and the gate was unlocked - and just taken them. I will chat to the church tomorrow to find out if a crime has been committed. As always please keep a look out or cast your memory back earlier today between the hours of 11am-7pm is you saw anyone walking arround with them. Will followup with the churches reply. If theft has taken place I will have to decided whether I feel up to the schlep or reporting it - especially since the chairs were not mine and I don't really care about them.
