Could OPS not be placed in strategic positions at peak hours - it is after all public safety. But would that be beyond their mandate and would their lives be at risk? Asking for traffic police/SAPS I don't think would come to anything. Ask Brett Herron for Metro Police???? They are City Council..... JP Smith? I feel we must try some avenues.
