Tonight at 7.30pm on Park Villa Road my neighbor spotted a suspicious white nissan bakkie with no canopy. On closer inspection he realised they were in the process of trying to remove a metal drainage pipe from the pavement. He shouted at them and they drove away, unfortunately he did not get the registration number of the vehicle. The incident was reported to ADT,and the police were alerted
