They listen but do not seem to hear or care too much about it. In conjunction with some other on Howe Street (I live there too) I put together a little note for all the neighbours and our suggestion is too make Howe and Bedford one ways in opposite directions. Look out for it in your postbox soon - if there is buy in fro the residents most affected we might be able to present a plan to Council and formulate a stronger reponse to Woolworths.
