Why don't you ask the owner of Fionas? Apparently their liquor licence has been approved after following the legal route and I believe his bar "Blue Diamond" will open next week. And FYI it is a bar not a shebeen. It is very strange that no-one know about it after the big Hoooooooo Ha made about new licences. Thought that OCA knows about all applications. Why don't you ask Sgt Prince or the Liquor board themselves? I wish the OCA was as much concerned about the vagrants making our lives hell as they are about liquor licences. Or filthy and ran down residential properties or crime in the area (not all caused by liquor consumption) Seems like you are side tracked on easy targets. As for the looking like a "Sh!t Hole" and Dennis from the garage shows exactly the attitude of this " neighbourhood gang". Fionas is clean nicely painted appose to the residence directly opposite, now that is a Sh!t hole. Concentrate on the upliftment of the area.
