Have noted that the very large "fir" trees on the [pavement] in Polo Road will
wipe someone out whilst trying to cross Polo Road from Campbell.

When travelling in a car along Campbell from Scott road headed for Polo Road,
at the stop street intersection of Campbell and Polo roads I was almost wiped
out by an Excite taxi coming speeding up Polo, and I had stopped at the stop
street at Campbell intersection. As I edged forward it is very difficult to see
what is coming up Polo road to the Main road.

Thank goodness for good brakes, as this Excite taxi flew past me, due to the
full growth of the fir tress on this corner, you do not see much down Polo
unless you actually move into Polo, by then it is too late. Can something be
done about this problem,as the trees are on public property (pavement).

Kind regards

Doug
