Tsepi was found in the early evening home in Langa. He had been given a lift back home by a man in a car, and when finding his house locked, went and played with some friends until late. So glad he's been found!
Thanks to everyone who kept their eyes open. And sorry for the silly word document - it was emailed to me on my phone as a photocopy when Jubilee made a bunch of copies for distribution, and it was easier to send it on as an attachment.
