This afternoon (2.30pm ish) I was accosted by an informal parking attendant - very close to Spar - demanding money. He was wearing a pale blue T-shirt with a City Council logo on it and also a yellow bib "SOLID WASTE". I reported this to OPS. The said gentleman scuttled off towards the Village Green when he saw me reach for my phone. Please.should anyone else encounter this, please report it. We do not pay Obsid levies for nothing.
