At approx 13h15 to-day I saw a gentleman (neat navy overalls and a peak cap) passing by, pulling a black wheelie bin with an orange lid. I asked where he was going and he said he worked for PnP Obs and he had done some recycling of papers for them and was now on his way back. PnP management has confirmed there is no such person doing that job in their employ. The trolley puller spoke well and with confidence. If anyone sees him, please call OPS immediately.
