Dear Samuel I therefore confirm your notice and concern regarding noise pollution
As you may know, I have squarely been involved with the Premier Mill noise issues from the onset of things and even re other noises before that time, and have engaged with City Health departments etc. The Mill management are accommodating our complaint's and have since fitted a specific exhaust on a particular outlet of noise which was pointed out to the Mill via City Health and engagement with the Observatory role players and community. I can share my own observations and thoughts re noise pollution, but support that other Observatory residents or business owners convey their effects. Kindly, give a fair indication of day or week and time of day, estimation of duration, repetitiveness, and whether it is more than usual, louder and type of disturbance you hear. Please avail yourself to go out and follow the noise, try to identify the source, area, direction etc. Your participation is important.
