Hi all I confirm that I still hear the droning cnr St Michael's and Howe. Whatever the Mill did has modulated the noise to a monotone but volume and vibration is still a low threshold continuous irritant and positively intrusive during quiet times. The weather is also a factor and ambient noise in busier times masks the noise but it's ever present.
