Hi All Re: 5a Donne street
Last week Thursday , I arrived home a bit earlier due to a migraine which left me dizzy & nauseous.Willie Crouse's (owner of Rainbow Lodge) mantainance man started knocking on my door but I couldn't answer as I was in the ladies.Upon finishing , I checked if he was still outside (which he was) & asked what was the matter.He said he needed access to the servitude so that he could clean the drains.I asked if he could come back another time as I desperately needed to lie down. Yesterday when I arrived home , he was working in the street & I apologized if I had been short with him & asked if he still wanted access.He told me he no longer did as he had already gained access to my property through their window.Needless to say , I was a bit taken aback - about a year ago , my copper pipes were stolen & there is no access to my property from the road as I have a very high gate. When I went outside into my yard , my large cactus plant which I have had for years was lying broken on its side & my hosepipe was unwound & lying untidily in a heap (I have pics) . Unfortunately , Willie was not home as I planned to confront him - surely this is trespassing? I have photos of another episode where I was awoken by my dogs barking , only to find Willie's ladder in my yard (they lowered it down from their roof). What can I do to prevent this from happening again?Any advice will be appreciated...
