This is so sad. Hopefully someone will rescue this kitty if it arrives on their doorstep. Why not take it to the SPCA, ARO or other Animal Welfare Organisation if you can't offer it a home any longer. I doubt that we can call ourselves human beings with this sort of behaviour. Please rescue it if you find it. This morning we heard a poor Jack Russell barking its head off somewhere in the region of Scott Road. Surely someone must have heard it next door???? It was freezing outside.

Just flicked through our camera recordings of today: 27 August 2013 @ 3:51pm. We watched a young guy driving a white RunX stop in Cook Street, get out of his car, open his back passenger door and removed a catbox with a cat inside. He walked to the pavement, opened the cat box, and let the cat run off. Not sure what to make of this? Was a grey short-haired cat. -- OPS [Obsid Public Safety] - 24/7 control room ---------------------------------------------- 021-447-1066 072-063-1653 For all emergencies please dial 10111 ---------------------------------------------- ONW: 082 081 0142, ONW email: [email protected] WEB: www.obswatch.org.za ---------------------------------------------- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups The Observatory Neighbourhood watch group.
