A man claiming to be from the refuse department - wearing a yellow council t-shirt - came asking for his Xmas gift at approx. 11.30am. I asked his staff number and when he rattled it off, I explained that he was talking nonsence as there was no such staff number. When I mentioned that I was a council staff member he fled............ Be warned!
