I always felt that the most important factor was the response time. This relates to the number of vehicles the service provider has available in the area to respond.
Last year Premier seemed to have the most vehicles around and I paid them a pensioner rate of R150 per month. How many response vehicles does Chubb have in the area? Maybe people should base their decision on how many vehicles from a particular company they see around Obs?
