Hi, this was communicated at the last CPF meeting regarding switchboard at Woodstock SAPS:
"1. Phone line issue: The switchboard operator at Woodstock SAPS took pension in January. She was a civilian and won't be replaced. That means the 'switchboard' number of the police station is not always manned, and never after hours. They are waiting on Telkom to re-assign the switchboard number to the customer services desk that is manned 24/7.
