Hi David Its not quite a simple as that. There has to be a proven and repeated pattern of illegal use of premises, and repeated refusals by the owner to remedy this illegal use, for legal action to be taken against the owner of a property. Its a long and complicated process and having someone bust for smoking a joint in your house (or even having someone bust for dealing from your house) does not mean the state can just grab it.
