A few weeks ago a cigarette delivery truck was hijacked on the corner of
Scott and Arnold.  Also did not appear here, despite loads of SAPS vans and
cars and the road blocked off.. My personal belief if that certain
"factions"  (?) are trying to convey as little crime as possible.  Just my
theory.
