I was informed by an impeccable (?) source that there are rumours that I shall be presenting a vote of no confidence in OBSID at the AGM 1 November. Yes, I do have various issues with what I feel is an autocratic organisation but at no stage have I said that I shall present a "no confidence". I appreciate much of what OBSID offers. Rosemary
