Hi Rosemary, You right Rosemary and not only around Station / James but see them all over Observatory including Trill Road.
You will remember when last Saps took them all to Woodstock station to be finger printed and they were told not to return to Observatory that all crime, not only car related, reduced drastically (was it not by 85%?)
