Hi Rosemary Who to write to at OBSID? I do not know if they are aware of the druggies and the mess that is now all over Station Road and the Village Green. I do not like going to the Spar much anymore. The area has fallen. We need the security guys to become tough again and they can stop it with those care packages. The place is very dirty and dangerous. I used to write to Ancois Bester who always responded and when I looked again the problem was resolved. Hopefully we get a full time chief of OBSID soon. Nothing like good management.
