When I came out to get the paper from my letter box at 05H15 this morning in
dressing gown, this same guy The other chap was wearing a brown jacket and
black pants, was looking into the gate of my neighbour at 30 Campbell. As I
opened my security gates I saw him and came out he took one look and went off
into Wesley street. I opened my gates and looked into the street, yet he had
disappeared. These people seem to be getting very brazen these days.

Ahoy All, more dodgyness in Cook str this morning, i was locking up my place to
start a brief patrol at 0600am when two fellows quietly walked past. I spied
on them through my gate, and as they got towards the end of Cook at the
Rochester side the one started looking into the cars and through the window of
either #3 or #5 Cook. They then moved around the corner into rochester towards
the main rd. I quickly got in my car hoping to casually see them again to get
a description. I went round the surrounding blocks a few times, only to find
them in Cook once again, this time they had the window of #3 open and were
reaching thru the bars. They didnt see me (i thought..), i called OBS control
and they sent a car. In the meanwhile i went round the block slowly, and
looked down Rochester, only to see one running into Campbell, and the other
casually walking down rochester. As i went past looking at the guy he ran at
me and stabbed my back window of my car with a screwdriver. They obviously did
see i saw them and when i came back around they tried to scare me. Obs patrol
car arrived 2 minutes later but they had vanished by then.
I got a good look at the guy that tried to break my window: 1.8m tall roughly,
80kgs (not tooo skinny), dark dark blue jeans, black hoodie with a thin
intricate lined pattern on the back, red and white horizontally striped Tshirt
semi visible under the hoodie, and black converse type sneakers with a thin
white sole. He had even length black hair about 5mm long, with sideburns down
to lower ear level. The other chap was wearing a brown jacket and black pants.
