Good day If you missing your bin, then please look out for a guy wheeling a black bin around with a big R sprayed on the front. He is wearing a light blue jeans, grey hoodie top and black beanie with brownish shoes. He was stopped but said its recycling. He left the bin in my driveway and went to walk further down and came back with a brownish/goldish vase.
