On Tuesday 24th March 2015 at about 15h30, I was walking down Scott Road towards Robins Road and just before Cook Road I noticed a scruffy dirty looking dark-skinned man suddenly started walking directly towards me from the other side of the road. He had a hessian cloth or blanket wrapped around him and once he got within about 2 feet of me he pulled his zip down and made vulgar sexually explicit remarks to me. I shouted at him and told him that he is not going to get away with this. I tried to get the attention of people around me and passing motorists to no avail. I was not going to be intimidated by him so I continued shouting at him up towards Main Road, determined to get help. The artist at 55 Scott Road assisted me by calling his armed response man who went after him so I don't know the outcome but am almost certain I can identify him as the person Frank identified in his report dated 3rd of March 2015 as "Suspect fishing" the Ricardo police arrested. Before I reached 55 Scott Road, he also threatened me with a knife he pulled out from under the blanket.
