I think one needs a closer and clearer picture and to take a moment to observe next time she is seen.

I have just noticed this coloured lady  (tall ) well dressed  (see picture)
with red and white jersey , scratching in the plants , which is seemingly
from what we have observed a drug pick up point.

She tried different plants before getting a white plastic packet.

We have a small silver Getz collecting something here regularly .  Black
guy.  We have the registration number.   He does not even get out the car.
Simply stops and  scratches in the grasses but not where she picked  up this
parcel.    My son has seen the car at top of Bowden Road often.

Should this info . go to the police ?  My son has informed Const. Berry
about the car, but now for the first time I have noticed this collection by
the lady.

My son followed her and she met two guys in the subway and he thinks they
exchanged parcels and then split up in different directions.

We are not sure this is a bona fide drug collection or not.
