The SAPS S1 Manager informed last night that two armed criminals were arrested last night, one in Salt River having driven past him re a previous armed robbery and the other arrest was apparently of two criminals caught in the act in Obs CBD. I am not sure if this was related to your report. Last night, while ONW patrollers were also doing rounds in Obs we often saw SAPS vehicles from other Wdst Sectors, also on patrol in Obs.
