THE DPU know full well about the situtation and its considered a HotSpot and the are supposed to monitor it which they clearly do not do diligently enough. I guess if more people did call them then the squeaky wheel would come into play....... I'm interested in what that person refers to as an informal settlement in Valkenburg (refer to Franks post) - it can't be the Liesbeek banks can it?
