Yes, I have had complaints from our OCA staff at the Pepper Tree Square Car Park to say there has been a substantial increase in ‘car guards’ who interfere with people and even sneak into our car park. There have also been two ‘break-ins’ to cars in the last two weeks. One seemed to have been left unlocked and had its radio stolen, not sure about the other.
