Thanks for the posting and in particularly the photos. Two questions:
1) Has the first incident been reported? There was the incident on 11 May in Robins Road where a guy was caught red-handed in a backyard and chased, could there be a connection? 2.) Has charges for theft and intimidation or public violence been laid against him? In that case it would be easy to have him arrested especially if the first woman is prepared to identify him.
